If you are interested in becoming a Certified Big Brother, please contact us via email to receive next steps. Please note that this is a paid position and differs from traditional volunteer-based mentorship programs.

Compensation is structured across individual sessions, recurring memberships (subject to continued alignment with a Little Brother or assignment), and bundled session packages purchased by parents or caregivers.

All selected candidates complete our proprietary Big Brother Certification Program, which equips mentors with the training and developmental insight needed to effectively support and guide young boys. This specialized certification is a core differentiator of our model and ensures a high standard of mentorship.
