Big Brother Matching is our crowning achievement. Here a Little Brother is thoughtfully matched with a Big Brother who he can connect with and someone who truly sees his potential and bring’s out his best self.

The Big Brother Mentors are certified within our mentorship model, to handle any situation that comes a Little Brother’s way. (Check out the features below to learn what our Big Brother are certified in.)

What’s Included:

Enhanced Matching: Upon onboarding the caregiver will have the a one-time opportunity to choose our ‘Enhanced Matching’ add-on. This is where each mentor is chosen based on aligned traits, interests, and shared experiences to form a more meaningful bond.

Mentor-Ready Matching: If Enhanced Matching is not selected, Mentors are automatically matched with a Little Brother and equipped through our training model to build genuine rapport, provide consistent encouragement, and help each Little Brother recognize his strengths and potential to become his best self.

Subscription-Based: Participation continues on a recurring basis: (2) sessions a month w/ a Big Brother scheduled at the client’s leisure. The subscription remains active until canceled. (Organizations, agencies, and nonprofit partners may also be eligible for six-month bulk enrollment programs.)

Your Membership’s Impact: Through our Pay-It-Forward Model, every membership contributes to more than a single match. Membership revenue is pooled to support big brother certification and ongoing eduction to mentor the Little based on science, development and youth optimization as well as ,foster youth assistance programs, Little Brother scholarships, games and prizes for the Little Brothers. As a result, each family not only invests in their own son's development, but also helps create mentorship opportunities for other boys who may not otherwise have access to a positive Big Brother Mentor.
